Steps:

1.) Bring some stables to Scroll (and gas fees -> ETH if you have not used it yet) via bridge like https://orbiter.finance/ for smaller transfer and with size you probably want to use https://scroll.io/bridge

2.) Swap like 50% USDC to USDT on Ambient.

3.) LP in a tight range. Ambient.finance I unchecked “Balanced” and used range 1 (Min Price) to 1.0004 (Max Price)
